Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and patient satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing dental treatments while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and complex dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for patient records management.
Conduct procedures including fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures performed using appropriate medical terminology.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Assist with pediatric cases when necessary, providing gentle and age-appropriate care.
Use CAD technology for designing restorations or prosthetics as needed.
Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Experience with dental office management software such as Dentrix; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
Prior experience working in a dental practice; experience with pediatric dentistry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Proficiency in using CAD systems for restorative procedures is desirable.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.
Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
