Position Details
Full-time position
5-day work week
Single-doctor practice
Fully staffed and equipped office
Compensation based on 30% production

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment planning
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient experiences
Uphold high standards of patient care and professionalism
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Michigan dental license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a single-doctor setting
Commitment to quality patient care and long-term practice success
Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
Experience with a broad procedure mix, including:
Endodontics
Orthodontics
Implant placement
Desire to continue growing clinically and professionally
