Job Description
Shine Family Dentistry is a well-established, privately owned family dental practice seeking an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team.
Our mission is to build long-lasting relationships with our patients, respect their time, and deliver an exceptional dental experience at every visit. We have an excellent reputation in our community and a loyal patient base that values high-quality, comprehensive care.
Position Details
Schedule: 3 or 4 days per week
Days: Flexible, Monday–Thursday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in private practice
General Practice Residency (GPR) preferred
Proficiency in routine and surgical extractions
Comfortable providing emergency dental care
Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered treatment
Experience with digital dentistry and same-day crowns is a plus
Technology & Clinical Resources
Our office is fully digital and equipped with modern technology, including:
Glidewell IO Mill for same-day restorations
iTero Scanner
TRIOS 5 Scanner
VaTech CBCT
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed daily minimum of $900–$1,000 per day during the initial period, depending on experience
Competitive tiered compensation based on adjusted production, starting at 30% and increasing up to 33%

Opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry with clinical autonomy
The owner is committed to helping the right associate succeed and is willing to provide mentorship and guidance as well as a CE stipend.
