The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused dentist who wants to become a strong and productive clinician while working within a well-supported, team-oriented practice.

As an Associate Dentist, you will:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse patient population
Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options
Build long-term relationships with your patients
Work closely with assistants, hygienists, and the administrative team
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Deliver high-quality care while maintaining an efficient schedule
Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and hands-on experience

Requirements
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school – Required
Active New Jersey dental license – Required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Ability to diagnose and present treatment confidently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
New graduates are welcome to apply
Experience with Dentrix is a plus
Experience with Dental Intelligence is a plus
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
