Associate Dentist or Pediatric Dentist — Orange, CA 92869
We are looking for a friendly, motivated Associate Dentist and/or Pediatric Dentist to join our growing pediatric-focused dental office in Orange, CA 92869. This opportunity is available as part-time, full-time, or contract, depending on the right fit.

Our office cares for children, teens, and young adults, typically ages 1 to 21. We are looking for a doctor who enjoys working with kids, values high-quality care, and wants to be part of a positive, supportive dental team.

Compensation
We offer a highly competitive compensation structure with strong daily guarantees and production-based earning opportunities.

Associate Dentist Pay:
Guaranteed daily rate: $650–$850 per day
Production-based opportunity: 24%–28% of net production, depending on experience and arrangement
Pediatric Dentist Pay:
Guaranteed daily rate: $1,000–$1,400 per day
Production-based opportunity: 28%–35% of net production, depending on experience and arrangement
Doctors in this role have the opportunity to earn $250,000–$350,000+ annually, depending on schedule, experience, productivity, and clinical skill set.

About the Position
We would love to hire someone with at least 1 year of pediatric dental experience, but this is not a strict requirement. New graduates or general dentists who are eager to learn pediatric dentistry are welcome to apply. The owner dentist is happy to provide mentorship, guidance, and support based on the doctor’s experience level.

Depending on your comfort and skill level, you may have the opportunity for either:
More independent clinical autonomy, or
Hands-on mentorship and guidance
A 2–3 year commitment is highly preferred, as we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the practice and become a valued part of the team.

Clinical Care
Our office provides a wide range of pediatric dental treatment, including:
Stainless steel crowns
NuSmile crowns
Composite fillings
Anterior composite restorations
Extractions
Space maintainers
Preventive care
Pediatric exams and treatment planning
Orthodontic and oral surgery cases are referred to our in-house specialists, allowing our associate doctors to focus on pediatric restorative and preventive care.

Our Team
You will be supported by an exceptional team of experienced dental assistants who are trained to help manage a busy pediatric schedule. Our office sees approximately 30 to 60 patients per day, depending on the schedule and provider coverage.

Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active California Dental Board license
Experience with children preferred, but not required
Pediatric dental experience is a plus
