Complete Health Dentistry is a privately owned, relationship-centered practice in West Michigan seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We believe dentistry should improve lives—not just teeth—and we are passionate about helping patients achieve better health through comprehensive dental care, airway-focused treatment, sleep solutions, and a whole-body approach.
As our lead doctor transitions toward focusing primarily on airway and sleep medicine, we are looking for a dentist who is excited to build meaningful patient relationships while providing exceptional restorative and preventive care for both adults and children.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive dental care for adults and children
Diagnose and treat restorative needs
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with a team that values prevention and whole-body health
Work closely with our lead doctor as patients transition into your care
Participate in a practice culture centered on growth, learning, and serving others
Who We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Enjoy treating both adults and children
Value patient relationships over production quotas
Believe excellent dentistry starts with listening
Are interested in comprehensive treatment planning
Appreciate a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Are curious about airway, sleep, and the connection between oral health and overall wellness
Bring positivity, humility, and a willingness to learn
Previous airway or sleep training is not required. We are happy to support the right person in learning our approach.
