Associate Dentist – High Production, Mentorship & Implant Exposure

We are a well-established private dental practice in the East Bay seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who wants to grow clinically and financially in a supportive, non-corporate environment. Compensation & Schedule
25–30% of collected production
Guaranteed base pay during first 3 months of onboarding
Full-time preferred
One Saturday per month (flexible)
Clinical Scope
Restorative dentistry
Crown & bridge
Extractions
Removable dentures
Root canal therapy
Dental implants & All-on-X exposure
