We have completely mapped out the administrative framework - you simply follow the dots to ensure your charting is flawless, bulletproof and legally protective (RCDSO).Led by the Principal Dentist with extensive leadership experience (including serving as the former Chief Instructor of the Canadian Forces Dental Services School) and a proven track record of upholding regulatory standards at the highest university levels), we provide genuine structured mentorship to advance your clinical speed and surgical efficiency.

An Elite Unit: You will be supported by highly trained proactive dental assistants and a top-notch management team (including an executive manager holding a dental degree) who ensures your operatories run with clockwork efficiency.

What We Demand: In this practice, record-keeping, medical history verification, and obtaining informed consent are treated as non-delegable, legally binding duties of the treating dentist. If you believe it is the support staff's job to ensure your charts are complete, you will not align with our weekly quality audits.We execute manual diagnostic image sharpening on every single film and strictly enforce Public Health Ontario IPAC standards (including surgical gloving and hand antisepsis for all full-thickness flaps and bone troughing). Falsifying notes or rubber-stamping records is an immediate zero tolerance breach of contract.We expect clinicians who view themselves as leaders of their operatory and oral health team, not rapid transactional operators. You must possess the maturity to take 100% personal ownership of your signatures, your diagnostic rationale, and your operating times.

Qualifications: DDS/DMD with active registration in good standing with the RCDSO.A strong, unyielding work ethic that thrives under structured parameters. Experience in or deep respect for high-compliance environments (eg military service, competitive sports, or strict institutional training) is considered a tremendous asset.
