Lakeview Family Dentistry, a private practice and well established dental office located in Hugo, is currently seeking a patient-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic team player to join our awesome team of dental professionals. Our team is committed to excellent patient care and service. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills that will treat each patient with the highest quality of care. This position is an important part of our team and we are looking for an individual that can work as an effective team player.
Our office provides exceptional dentistry with services including full mouth rehabilitations, sleep apnea, TMD, Invisalign, dental implants.

Competitive Compensation ($200k + in annual compensation)
Reimbursement for approved continuing education up to $3,500 annually

Time Off, including paid sick leave
Scrubs and lab coat provided by the office laundered on-site
Schedule:
3 or 4-day work week
Part-Time schedule would be considered, please include preferred hours in your inquiry
Requirements:
Strong communication and patient relation skills
Selflessness, the ability to put the patient and team first
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Current or eligible for MN License, DEA certificate
Responsibilities
Excellent Patient Care: Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and provide oral health care services that are in the best interest of the patient.
Team-Centric Attitude: Actively contribute to and support our team culture where we demonstrate passion for dentistry in an environment that supports each team member and values each.
Communication: Utilize effective communication skills with both patients and team members, utilizing listening skills and openness to understand others.
Professional Development: Demonstrate a commitment to your professional development by improving your clinical skills, participating in continuing education, and seeking mentorship from those on the team.
