Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, clinical experience, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing a range of general dentistry services, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a modern dental practice that focuses on patient comfort and quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide dental treatment to patients, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Develop treatment plans and explain procedures to patients.
- Educate patients on oral health care and preventative measures.
- Document patient treatment plans and progress notes accurately.
- Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff.
- Maintain professional ethics and standards as set forth by the American Dental Association and the state dental board.
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current on the latest advances in dentistry.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
- Active state dental license and malpractice insurance.
- New grads are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient care and safety.
