Associate Dentist Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who wants flexibility to be as involved—or as independent—as they choose in the day-to-day operations and future direction of the practice.

The ideal candidate will:
· Be highly trained dentist with 1–2 years of clinical experience who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and committed to continued professional development.

Be comfortable practicing in a modern digital dentistry environment
Have experience with comprehensive restorative dentistry including cosmetics and implant dentistry
Be confident performing minimal to moderate oral surgery, including routine extractions and surgical extractions
Be comfortable treating pediatric patients
Possess excellent communication and patient education skills
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Hold an active North Carolina dental license (or be eligible for licensure)
Practice Overview
Approximately 60% Fee-for-Service / 40% Medicaid
Modern, growing practice with a strong emphasis on patient experience
Supportive team environment with opportunities for mentorship and collaboration
Flexible level of involvement in business operations and decision-making
Schedule (tentative)
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
We are open to structuring compensation based on the right candidate's preferences, including:
Guaranteed salary with performance-based bonus opportunities
Production-based compensation model
