The Opportunity
Shore Smiles is an independent, relationship-based dental practice expanding to 10 operatories and adding a third dentist.

We are looking for a patient-centered general dentist with strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine desire to grow within a team.

You do not need to have every advanced procedure mastered. Clinical competence matters, but humility, coachability, emotional intelligence, and cultural alignment matter more.

What You’ll Do
Exams and hygiene checks
Restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge
Emergency care
Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
Patient education and case presentation
Collaboration with our doctors and clinical team
Experience with endodontics, oral surgery, implants, clear aligners, occlusion, or digital dentistry is valuable but not required. Expanding your clinical scope can create additional earning potential, and mentorship is available for dentists who want to grow in these areas.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Virginia dental license by the start date
