Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, foster positive patient relationships, and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment. Experience in general dentistry, proficiency with dental software such as Abeldent, and familiarity with CAD systems are highly valued. The position is fully paid and suitable for licensed dentists seeking to expand their clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose dental conditions using clinical skills and diagnostic tools.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Utilize dental software such as Abeldent for charting, scheduling, and documentation.
Conduct procedures including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and other general dentistry services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient practice operations.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
Maintain accurate records of treatments performed using CAD technology for restorative procedures.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including infection control standards and OSHA regulations.
Experience
Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice dentistry independently.
Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred; familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
Proficiency in dental software such as Abeldent enhances workflow efficiency.
Experience working with CAD systems for restorative procedures is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages. This role offers a dynamic environment where clinical skills are valued, ongoing professional development is supported, and patient care is prioritized.
