We are hiring a reliable and motivated Associate Dentist to join our expanding Madera office. Our practice is modern, fully digital, and supported by a strong RDA/RDAEF team with consistent patient flow.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform general dentistry procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
Work efficiently with staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
Requirements
Active California Dental License
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation
Percentage of production
Estimated daily range: $750 – $1,000/day (DOE)
Optional daily guarantee
Consistent patient volume and supportive environment
