We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and excellent patient experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and educating patients while maintaining the highest standards of dental care.
Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
Utilize dental CAD/CAM technology for restorations and other procedures.
Manage patient records efficiently using dental practice management software such as ClearDent.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and adhere to infection control standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments and medical histories using appropriate medical terminology.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license in good standing.
Experience with dental office management software such as Dentrix and Epic is preferred.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is highly desirable.
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is a plus.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health.
Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
