About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Associate Dentist to join a well-established practice in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. This is a part time opportunity offering long-term growth, mentorship, and potential partnership — within a supportive, family-oriented environment with a loyal patient base and tenured team.
Strong, stable and long-tenured support team including hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
Mentorship available
Family-oriented patient base with deep community roots
In-house specialty support including endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and periodontics
Technology includes iTero scanner, panoramic imaging, digital X-rays, and a paperless workflow
Schedule
Monday or Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Alternating Saturdays
What Skills Are We Looking For
We are looking for a well-rounded clinician comfortable managing a broad scope of general dentistry with a strong focus on building patient relationships and retaining treatment in-house. Key skills include:
General and restorative dentistry including crown and bridge
Endodontics (basic and advanced)
Extractions and basic oral surgery
Comprehensive treatment planning
Invisalign (strong asset)

Experienced clinician with 2+ years of practice
Patient-first, relationship-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills
Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
