Jackson Family Dental is looking for an experienced associate dentist who wants a long-term opportunity in a growing private practice.

The Clinical Opportunity
We are looking for a dentist who is already comfortable with bread-and-butter general dentistry and wants to continue expanding their clinical abilities.

Areas of growth may include:
Endodontics
Extractions
Bone grafting
Dental sleep medicine
Advanced restorative dentistry
Digital dentistry
Implant treatment planning
You do not need to be an expert in every advanced procedure. We want an experienced dentist who enjoys learning and wants to become an even stronger, more comprehensive clinician.

Jackson Family Dental sees approximately 50–60 new patients every month and has a strong established patient base and hygiene program.

We participate only with Delta Dental and maintain an approximately 98% collection rate.

For an experienced, productive dentist, annual earning potential of $200,000–$300,000+ is realistic and has already been demonstrated within our practice.

Actual compensation depends on clinical capabilities, treatment mix, productivity, and schedule.

As our practice continues to grow, Dr. Jackson is gradually reducing his own patient load so he can devote more time to mentoring, developing, and supporting our associate dentists.
