Associate Dentist Madison West side - Private Practice

Andler Dental is a private office on the west side of Madison looking to add a positive hard working associate dentist. Within a beautiful new office, we partner with our patients to achieve their individual dental goals.

A strong work life balance is important to our team. Our hours are Monday- Thursday 7am – 3:00 pm. We hope to hire this individual to start asap but we are flexible in order to find the right person.

There is an opportunity to transition from associate to part owner within two years if the fit is great for both sides.

Compensation will be a competitive base salary plus % of net production bonus potential each quarter. We also include $5000 per year stipend to use on CE, dues, malpractice inse, etc. Also included are 401, matching, health insurance stipend, PTO, etc.

We are adding our fifth hygienist per day due to continued growth!
