About the Role
Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry is hiring a General Dentist for our Charlotte, NC location to serve our Medicaid patient population. This is a high-impact, community-focused role for a clinician who wants to make a real difference — backed by a fully staffed office and a team!
What You'll Do
Provide exams, restorative dentistry, extractions, root canals, dentures, etc.
Serve patients of all ages enrolled in NC Medicaid / NC Health Choice
Document treatment and develop care plans in compliance with NC Medicaid guidelines
Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff for smooth patient flow
Requirements
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active NC dental license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
Enrolled or willing to enroll as an NC Medicaid provider
Current BLS/CPR certification
Prior experience with Medicaid, FQHC, or community health patients
