Job title: Associate Dentist — Mentorship & Advanced Training | Morgantown, WV
Job type: Full-time · Schedule: Monday–Thursday, no weekends, no call
Pay: Percentage of collections with daily guarantee during ramp-up
You have a year or two of dentistry behind you, you are past taking two hours for a crown prep, and you are starting to wonder what comes next — because grinding out production for someone else was never the plan.
Sorriso Dental is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist we intend to invest in. Our holistic and biological family practice in Morgantown, West Virginia has an established patient base, a four-day week, and a doctor who genuinely wants to teach.
What you will learn here
Functional dentistry through the Institute for Functional Dentistry, with practice funding support.
Safe mercury amalgam removal under IAOMT SMART protocol, ozone therapy, platelet-rich fibrin, zirconia implants, and more.
Bacterial diagnostics on a Motic 4K microscope — you will show patients their own spirochetes on screen.
Implants and Invisalign, mentored directly by Dr. Caroline Labritz.
Comprehensive, occlusion-based dentistry through Spear, Pankey, Dawson, Kois, Clinical Master, etc.— and how a practice actually runs: production, overhead, scheduling, and team leadership.
What we need from our next Associate Dentist
DDS or DMD with a West Virginia dental license, or license eligibility.
At least one year of clinical practice. Past the student mindset and making your own calls.
Willingness to treat children. Every day. This is a family practice.
Coachability. You will be taught a different way of practicing.
Real interest in whole-body health and the oral–systemic connection.
Ambition. For the right Associate Dentist, this role carries genuine partnership and ownership potential down the road.
The setup for our next Associate Dentist
Four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Closed Fridays and weekends. No call.
An established schedule and a percentage of collections, with a daily guarantee while you ramp.
Practice contribution toward your functional dentistry certification, plus a CE allowance and paid CE days.
Malpractice coverage, dental benefits, and paid time off.
