Associate Dentist – Midtown Dental | Kelowna, BC

Join a busy, centrally located Kelowna practice with strong patient demand, advanced technology, and potential for future partnership.

Midtown Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our established and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident GP seeking immediate clinical volume, a supportive team environment, and a meaningful long-term pathway as the Partner gradually transitions into retirement.

The Opportunity

Schedule: 3-4 days per week

Mentorship Available: Yes

Practice Environment: Supported, collaborative, and not fully solo

Clinical Scope

This is a broad-scope practice with established surgical and sedation capabilities.

Current services include:

Comprehensive general dentistry

Basic endodontics

Basic oral surgery

Advanced oral surgery, including impacted third molars

Implant dentistry

Sedation services, including nitrous, oral sedation, and IV sedation

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a clinician who is:

Experienced and confident in bread-and-butter general dentistry

Comfortable in a busy, high-demand environment

A strong communicator with a warm, patient-focused approach

Able to work well with a collaborative team and contribute positively to clinic culture

Comfortable treating a diverse patient base, including emergencies and CDCP patients

Interested in long-term growth and potential future leadership/transition opportunities

About You:

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

Valid CPR certification
