Associate Dentist

WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an Associate Dentist on behalf of a growing and modern dental practice in Nanaimo, BC.

The office is equipped with modern technology, including same-day crown capabilities and on-site technical support, allowing clinicians to provide efficient, high-quality care to their patients.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday to Friday
• Office hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate

Compensation

• 40% of collections
• Strong earning potential due to the growing patient base

What We're Looking For

• Licensed and eligible to practice dentistry in British Columbia is required
• Previous experience is preferred, as this is currently a single-dentist practice
• New graduates are welcome to apply, as mentorship is available
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
