Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess a strong foundation in various dental procedures. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Execute a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and dental extractions.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient patient care and comfort.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices, including proficiency in software such as Eaglesoft.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Experience
A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
Previous experience in a dental clinic or office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with dental terminology, medical documentation, medical imaging, anatomy knowledge, and infection control practices is essential.
Experience with root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
