Associate Dentist — New Patient-Centered Dental Clinic

Lakeside Smiles Dentistry is a new modern dental clinic opening in Downtown Barrie near the waterfront. Our clinic is built around ethical, evidence-based dentistry, clear communication, patient comfort, and long-term relationships.

We are looking to connect with an Associate Dentist who may be interested in joining our team as the clinic grows.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values thoughtful diagnosis, calm communication, ethical treatment planning, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive and limited dental exams
Diagnose and treatment plan ethically
Provide general restorative dentistry
Manage dental emergencies appropriately
Communicate treatment options clearly and calmly
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front desk team
Support patient comfort and trust
Refer appropriately when needed
Follow clinic standards for documentation, communication, consent, and patient experience

Qualifications
Licensed dentist in good standing with the RCDSO
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
