About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is a confident general dentist with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered care. You will work alongside an experienced clinical team in a modern, collaborative environment focused on exceptional dentistry and long-term patient relationships.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to new and existing patients.

Perform thorough examinations, diagnosis, and comprehensive treatment planning.

Provide restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other general dental procedures.

Perform extractions, endodontics, implant restorative care, and other advanced procedures within your training and experience.

Recognize when specialty care is appropriate and collaborate with specialists and fellow doctors.

Clearly communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and recommendations to patients.

Build strong, long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and excellent care.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Follow all infection control, HIPAA, OSHA, and patient safety requirements.

Collaborate with doctors, hygienists, dental assistants, patient care coordinators, and leadership to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Participate in continuing education, case review, and ongoing professional development.

Contribute positively to the culture and continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

2+ years of post-residency clinical experience.

Current and unrestricted dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Strong skills in comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and general dental procedures.

Excellent clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.

Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, patient-centered dentistry.

Collaborative, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset.

Experience with molar endodontics, surgical extractions, implant placement/restoration, cosmetic dentistry, clear aligner therapy, and digital dentistry is preferred.
