Part-Time Associate Dentist – General Dentistry
We are an established, busy general dental practice in Miami, Florida seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team.

Our office is privately owned (not corporate dentistry). No HMO plan participation.

We are looking for a confident clinician who is comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry and is interested in developing a long-term relationship with our practice.

The position will initially be one day per week, with the opportunity to expand to up to three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) as the associate's schedule and patient base develop.

Clinical Skills
The ideal candidate should be proficient and comfortable with:
Comprehensive general dentistry
Direct restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge
Routine root canal therapy
Simple and surgical extractions
Removable prosthodontics, including complete and partial dentures
Treatment planning and presentation of comprehensive dental care
Diagnosis and management of dental emergencies
Experience with implant restoration, implant dentistry, or additional surgical procedures is a plus but is not required.

Comfortable managing a wide range of general dentistry procedures

Personable and able to communicate treatment effectively to patients
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Interested in building a consistent patient base within an established practice
Comfortable working with hygienists, dental assistants, and an experienced support team
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Current and unrestricted Florida dental license
Current malpractice insurance
DEA registration as appropriate
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
GPR/AEGD training is a plus but not required
This position is best suited for a dentist who already has a solid general dentistry skill set and is looking for a consistent part-time position with the opportunity to increase days over time.

Potential Schedule: Up to 3 days per week — Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Compensation: 30-35% of adjusted production based on experience, $750/daily minimum
Employment Status: Independent Contractor
Start Date: October or November 2026 (to be discussed at interview)
