A patient centred dental practice in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a full time Associate Dentist. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced clinician who brings energy, strong communication skills, and a thoughtful approach to patient care.

The Opportunity
As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care while helping patients understand their oral health, treatment options, and next steps. You will bring clinical confidence and a caring manner to your work, with an emphasis on clear communication and informed treatment decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patients' oral health and developing appropriate treatment plans
Providing dental treatment within your clinical skills and scope of practice
Explaining findings and treatment recommendations in a clear, approachable way
Creating a comfortable environment where patients feel heard and respected
Working collaboratively with the dental team to coordinate patient care
Maintaining accurate clinical records and following current infection prevention and control protocols
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of clinical experience and be:
Personable and comfortable building relationships with patients
Confident in their clinical abilities and professional judgment
Energetic, engaged, and enthusiastic about dentistry
A strong communicator who can explain treatment clearly and answer questions thoughtfully
Committed to patient centred care and a positive patient experience
Collaborative and respectful when working with colleagues
Applicants must be licensed, or eligible for licensure, to practise dentistry in Ontario.

Monday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The associate's specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
