Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high standards of quality and patient comfort. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of dental conditions while maintaining excellent patient relationships and adhering to best practices in dental care.
Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and diagnostic tools such as CAD systems.
Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and explain procedures effectively.
Utilize dental software such as ABELDent and Dentrix for patient record management and scheduling.
Provide pediatric dental care with a compassionate approach for young patients (Pediatrics experience is a plus).
Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and medical histories using appropriate medical terminology.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including sterilization protocols and infection control measures.
Skills
Proficiency in dental software platforms such as ABELDent, or Dentrix.
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM technology for restorative procedures is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
