Job Description

We’re looking for a compassionate Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality, on-site dental care to seniors in retirement homes and long-term care facilities across Ottawa and the surrounding region.
This is a unique mobile role where you will work build meaningful patient relationships, and help improve quality of life for individuals who face barriers to accessing care—all while being supported by experienced assistants, PSWs, and a dedicated administrative team—so you can focus fully on what matters most: your patients.

What You Will Do
Perform comprehensive dental assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver preventive and restorative care (cleanings, fillings, extractions)
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
Collaborate with dental assistants, PSWs, and nursing staff
Educate residents and caregivers on oral health and aftercare
Follow infection prevention and control protocols in mobile settings
Travel to facilities across Ottawa and surrounding region (reliable vehicle required)
What We Are Looking For
Active RCDSO license in good standing (Ontario)
Valid CPR certification
Comfortable working in a mobile environment
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first mindset
Clinical experience is an asset
Experience with geriatric or vulnerable populations is an asset
