Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care
Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Maintain detailed medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice standards
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures
Use dental imaging technology to diagnose issues accurately and plan appropriate treatments
Collaborate with team members to provide four-handed dentistry, enhancing efficiency and patient comfort
Requirements
Valid dental license in good standing; experience as an Associate Dentist preferred
Min 1 to 2 years of experience
Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures
Familiarity with dental terminology and dental documentation standards
Experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with a focus on patient care excellence
Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and dental imaging procedures
Ability to communicate complex dental concepts clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds
Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality
Pay
Base Compensation: $800 to $1000/day and, later 30% on production.
Work Schedule
Wed and Thu (2 days/week, and later we can increase that with time)
