The Role
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental services with enthusiasm and professionalism. We are looking for an associate who is passionate about ensuring every single patient receives personalized, high-quality care.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills—with the unique benefit of mentorship from an incredibly experienced lead doctor—while making a meaningful, positive impact on patients’ lives through expert dental treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental exams and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide a wide range of general dentistry services with precision and care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care strategies.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
Valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license in good standing.
Active malpractice insurance status.
Strong commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional chairside manner.
New grads and experienced dentists are both welcome to apply!
Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Pay: $800 daily minimum guarantee OR 25% production—whichever is greater.
Opportunity for ongoing clinical mentorship (including exposure to implant dentistry).
