Schedule: Friday & Saturday
Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our practice in Frederick, MD on Fridays and Saturdays.
This is a great opportunity for a dentist who is looking for a consistent part-time schedule and is comfortable providing a broad range of general dentistry, with particular experience in root canals and implant dentistry.
What We’re Looking For
Active Maryland dental license in good standing
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Experience performing root canal treatments (RCTs)
Experience placing and/or restoring dental implants
Strong general dentistry skills
Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the team
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule
Fridays
Saturdays
Consistent part-time schedule
Compensation
30% of adjusted production
Competitive compensation based on experience and clinical skill

Responsibilities
Diagnose and treatment-plan patients
Provide comprehensive general dentistry
Perform root canal treatments
Provide implant-related procedures
Perform restorative procedures, including crowns, fillings, and other general dentistry
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver high-quality, ethical patient care
