Associate Dentist- Part Time

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program
Active Illinois dental license (or eligibility) in good standing
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required
Current CPR, DEA, and applicable state certifications
Pay: From $1,000.00 per day
