Job Description
Associate Dentist – Part-Time
Advanced Restorative & Implant Practice | 3-Day Schedule
Revolution Dental Group | Oregon City, Oregon
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday
Employment: Part-Time W-2
Compensation: 30% of Adjusted Production | $150,000+ Annual Earning Potential
Revolution Dental Group is part of Revolution Dental Implant Center, one of the largest and fastest-growing implant centers in the Northwest. We are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Associate Dentist to join our collaborative, high-level clinical team.
This is an opportunity for a confident clinician to step into an established patient base and practice comprehensive dentistry in an environment built for advanced restorative and implant care. With sophisticated technology, an in-house dental lab, experienced doctors, and strong patient flow, you’ll have the infrastructure to diagnose comprehensively and do the level of dentistry you’re capable of doing.
The position is currently three days per week — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday — with potential to expand days as the practice continues to grow.
A Strong Clinical Opportunity
Our established practice, community reputation, marketing, and internal systems support steady patient flow and a productive clinical schedule. You won’t be expected to build a patient base from scratch.
Revolution Dental Group is not contracted as an in-network provider with insurance plans, allowing production to be based on the practice’s established fees rather than contracted PPO fee schedules. For an associate compensated on production, that means your production reflects the practice’s established fees rather than heavily discounted contracted rates.
Our clinical scope includes:
Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge
Full-mouth restorative cases
Implant dentistry and implant restorations
Full-arch implant restorations
Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
Technology That Supports Advanced Dentistry
Our doctors have access to advanced technology and an integrated digital workflow, including:
CBCT
TRIOS 5 and iTero digital scanners
SHINING 3D
Global Surgical Microscope
Neodent Implant System
iCAM 4D + Micron Mapper for full-arch photogrammetry
In-house dental lab
CAD/CAM, milling, and 3D printing
IV sedation support with an on-staff CRNA
Experienced Doctors. Collaborative Environment.
We’re looking for a dentist who has already developed a strong clinical foundation and is comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with other experienced clinicians.
You’ll have autonomy in your patient care while working alongside doctors who understand complex restorative and implant dentistry. The environment supports collaboration and case discussion while giving experienced clinicians the freedom to practice confidently.
Schedule
Part-time, three days per week
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
Practice hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
No weekends
Potential to expand days as the practice continues to grow
You’re a Fit If You Have
DDS or DMD
Current, active Oregon dental license
Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
Strong diagnostic and restorative skills
Confidence independently managing patient care and treatment planning
Experience with comprehensive restorative dentistry
Ability to manage complex restorative and implant-related cases
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
A professional, collaborative approach to working with doctors and team members
Compensation & Benefits
30% of Adjusted Production
$150,000+ annual earning potential
Oregon Sick Time – provided in accordance with Oregon law
This is a part-time W-2 position and is not currently eligible for additional employee benefits.
