Associate Dentist Part-Time to start

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team on a part-time basis, with an immediate start And opportunity for growth. As an Associate Dentist, you will deliver comprehensive general dentistry services, including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures, while utilizing your expertise in dental diagnosis and patient assessment. Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including medical and dental history review, oral assessments, and diagnostic imaging using advanced medical imaging tools.

Diagnose dental conditions accurately by applying your knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.

Deliver a wide range of procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants.

Utilize practice management software Eaglesoft, to document patient records meticulously in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

Implement aseptic techniques and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Communicate effectively with patients to explain treatment options clearly, answer questions, and promote oral health education.

Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, medical diagnosis processes, and current best practices in pediatric dentistry and anesthesiology.

Experience
Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or healthcare setting with a focus on general dentistry procedures.

Strong familiarity with dental office management software Eaglesoft.

Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant restorations.

Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques aligned with OSHA guidelines.

Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.

Excellent client communication skills combined with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and deliver compassionate care.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards essential for maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Ability to work efficiently within a team environment practicing four-handed dentistry techniques for optimal patient outcomes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
