Associate Dentist – Partnership Opportunity | Tucson, AZ
$120,000–$250,000+ potential | 3–4 days/week | Future partnership available
Casas Adobes Dentistry is seeking a quality-focused associate dentist to join our modern private practice in Tucson.
We are a comprehensive, patient-centered practice where success is defined by clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and ethical treatment—not production quotas.
We measure success by the quality of care we provide and the relationships we build—not by daily production goals. Our dentists are encouraged to develop comprehensive treatment plans, practice ethically, and focus on long-term patient outcomes.
Highlights:
Up to 33% of adjusted production
Partnership potential for the right long-term fit
Established patient base in affluent area
CBCT, digital scanning, 3D printing, implant systems
Mentorship from two experienced doctors (15+ years each)
Flexible 3–4 day schedule
CE allowance + benefits package
Clinical Focus:
Restorative, implants, cosmetics, aligner therapy, and comprehensive dentistry in a fully digital environment.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years experience preferred (new grads considered if strong fit)
Comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry
Strong communicator and patient-focused mindset
