### About Us
Maxilla Dental Group is a growing, patient-focused dental organization serving families across the GTA. We are expanding our team and looking for a dentist who is passionate about treating children and creating positive dental experiences.
### Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is comfortable and confident working with pediatric patients. You do not need to be a certified pediatric specialist, but experience treating children is required.
### Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients
- Perform exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver restorative and preventive treatments
- Educate children and parents on oral health
- Maintain a friendly and calm environment for young patients
### Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Valid RCDSO (Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario) license
- Experience working with pediatric patients is required
- Strong communication and patient management skills
