Nelson Family Dental is a family‑owned general practice located in the beautiful mountain town of Nelson, British Columbia. We are seeking a full‑time Associate Dentist to join our friendly and collaborative team. Our practice is consistently busy, allowing a new associate to build a full schedule from day one. With limited specialists in the region, you will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures and expand your clinical skills.

Job Title: Associate Dentist
Employment Type: Permanent, Full‑Time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 32–36 hours per week
Compensation: 40% of production
Relocation package can be considered for the right candidate
Start Date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
Provide general dentistry services to patients of all ages
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
Perform restorative, surgical, endodontic, and preventive procedures within scope of practice
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Collaborate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
Deliver patient‑centered care with professionalism, empathy, and strong communication
Requirements
Eligible for licensure or currently licensed with the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia (CDSBC)
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited institution
Strong clinical skills and commitment to high‑quality patient care
Ability to work collaboratively in a small, team‑oriented environment
