Associate Dentist
Sky Dental | Phoenix, AZ | Full-time, Part-time, Contract (1099)
Sky Dental is a locally owned, dentist-operated group serving the Phoenix area. We win on patient outcomes and team culture, not corporate quotas. You practice real dentistry with strong management support behind you. We handle operations, scheduling, and the back office. You focus on patients.
You will not be rushed. You will be mentored by experienced valley dentists, with the autonomy to treatment-plan and own your patient relationships.
Compensation
30% of collections, paid as a 1099 independent contractor
Guaranteed daily minimum of $700 during your first 90 days
Estimated earnings of $250,000 to $400,000 per year, full-time
What you will do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established and growing patient base
Perform or grow into endodontic procedures, including root canals
Build long-term patient relationships rooted in trust and clear treatment planning
Partner with our clinical and operations team to deliver a consistent patient experience
What we are looking for
Active Arizona dental license, or eligible and in process
DEA registration
Comfortable with, or motivated to learn, root canals and molar endo
A clinician who leads with diagnosis and patient education
Schedule and location
Full-time and part-time options available
Consistent weekday scheduling with rotating Saturdays
Multiple Phoenix-area locations
