Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced equipment
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs while explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment options and educate patients on oral health maintenance
Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Document all medical records accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Collaborate seamlessly with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort
Requirements
Valid dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist in the respective state or region
Proven experience in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, or related fields within a dental clinic setting
Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar electronic health record systems
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques
Hands-on experience with dental fabrication processes and dental office procedures
Ability to perform complex procedures including root canal therapy, dental extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics confidently
Commitment to infection control standards and HIPAA compliance to protect patient privacy and safety
Excellent communication skills for effective patient care and team collaboration
Knowledge of pediatric dentistry practices is a plus; enthusiasm for providing compassionate care to children is highly valued
