You're a driven, polished clinician who takes pride in both the quality of your work and the experience you create for patients. About the practice
We're a well-established private dental practice in the East Bay — not a corporate chain, not a franchise. Our patients have relationships with us that span years and families. We invest in our technology, our team, and the dentists we bring on. If you want to do comprehensive, high-quality dentistry in an environment that actually supports you, this is it.

We have a mixed PPO and fee-for-service patient base, a strong and experienced clinical support team, and modern equipment including CBCT and intraoral scanners. You'll have the tools to do your best work from day one.

25–30% of Production Collection

3 Months Guarantee Base Pay $700-$800 DOE

Full-time
One Saturday per month required — otherwise flexible. Local candidates only.

Clinical scope
We handle a full range of restorative and surgical procedures. We want someone who is ready to grow into complex cases — not someone who will stay comfortable doing only the basics.

You'll have monthly check-ins with experienced providers, real feedback on your clinical work, and a clear path toward taking on more complex cases over time. We want you to grow into a clinical leader here — not stay a perpetual associate.
