Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, complemented by specialized knowledge in pediatric dentistry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a professional and supportive environment. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental treatments, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining accurate medical documentation while adhering to all safety and infection control standards. We are looking for full coverage for our office that sees 30-50 patients per day on a 3-4 day per week schedule. Pedodontist or General dentist, who is comfortable working with children.
We are looking for a pediatric dentist or general dentist, who is comfortable with working with a high-risk patients and is interested in helping the community.
$1500 daily guarantee and 35% of adjusted production for a dedicated candidate.
The position is temporary for now, but may turn into a permanent assigment.

Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of children's dental procedures including dental examinations, scaling, restorations, frenectomies, simple extractions, space maintainers, SDF, and pulpotomies.
Perform extensive, restorative treatment under in-office general anesthesia with a partner anesthesia provider.
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Provide dental care to special-needs patients.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients and parents.
Document all patient interactions accurately within cloud office management system (Curve Hero).
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures by participating in continuing education opportunities.
Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Extensive knowledge of general dentistry procedures along with specialized skills in pediatric dentistry.
Strong understanding of medical and dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control protocols.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds, providing compassionate patient care.
Knowledge of dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging technologies used for diagnosis and treatment planning.
