A significant portion of this role involves working with children and young patients, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys pediatric dentistry and is comfortable building trust with younger patients and their families.

What You'll Work On
A wide range of general and advanced procedures across all age groups, including:
Pediatric dentistry — exams, preventive care, restorations, and behaviour guidance
Restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, and bonding
Extractions and surgical procedures
Endodontics
Removable and implant-supported prosthetics
Implant placement and restoration
Our Clinical Environment
R&A Dentistry is a fully digital practice equipped with:
CEREC — same-day digital restorations
CBCT — 3D imaging for diagnostics and implant planning
Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) — modern hygiene protocol
Digital intraoral scanning and a paperless workflow
Who We're Looking For
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry in Alberta
Comfortable and confident working with pediatric patients — patience, warmth, and strong behaviour management skills
Patient-centered with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented, reliable, and committed to high standards of care
Open to collaboration and continuous clinical development
Compensation
CA$94,537.90 – CA$418,557.49 per year (commission-based, dependent on schedule and production)
