Job Description
General Dentist – Tucson, AZ
Join one of the most established dental groups throughout the Tucson Arizona area. Our practices are known for their collaborative culture, modern technology, and strong commitment to patient care. We’re seeking a motivated General Dentist ready to step into a busy, team-oriented environment with significant earning potential and a clear path to partnership.
About the Practice
Established office with a large, loyal patient base and continuous new patient flow
Comprehensive team including 3 General Dentists, 7 Hygienists (5 FT / 2 PT)
19 operatories plus an ortho bay with 3 chairs
Equipped with CBCT and two CEREC units/mills
Strong community reputation and long-term staff support
Position Highlights
Large patient volume with 150–160 new patients/month
Flexible scheduling and 4 day work week options
Compensation based on adjusted production, with most providers earning $250,000–$350,000+ annually
Clinical autonomy with full specialty support onsite
