Associate Dentist, Restorative and Implants (Partnership Track)

We're looking for an associate who wants to grow with us, not just fill a chair. Future partnership is available for the right person.

Schedule: 4 days a week, full time. Based in Gilbert, with travel to our Phoenix location as needed.

What you'll do
Provide comprehensive restorative dentistry
Diagnose and treatment plan cases, from single teeth to full mouth rehabilitation
Place single implants
Learn full arch surgery alongside Dr. Abedi
Work between our Gilbert and Phoenix offices as needed
What we're looking for
DDS or DMD with an active Arizona license (or eligible)
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Excellent restorative skills and strong treatment planning
Graduated in the top 5% of your dental school class
Solid understanding of full arch rehabilitation
Implant CE completed, placing single implants now
Real motivation to learn full arch surgery
Charismatic, energetic, and compassionate with patients and team
