Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements.

Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing dental conditions using medical imaging and dental terminology, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare standards.

Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures.

Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care to ensure understanding and comfort.

Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry setups to optimize workflow efficiency and patient experience.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry to provide innovative care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Experience
Proven experience working in a dental clinic or healthcare setting with familiarity in dental office operations and patient management.

Demonstrated proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.

Strong knowledge of dental diagnosis, medical terminology, anatomy related to oral structures, and infection control practices.

Experience performing diverse procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry is highly preferred.

Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering compassionate patient care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
