Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our vibrant team! No prior experience on kids is required—we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you grow your clinical skills and confidence in a supportive, fun environment. You will work alongside a talented team using modern dental technology, delivering gentle, high-quality care to our young patients while building a rewarding career.
Duties
Perform routine pediatric examinations, preventive care, restorations, extractions, and emergency treatments in a patient-centered environment.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, accurately diagnose dental conditions using digital imaging, and develop clear, effective treatment plans.
Communicate warmly and effectively with young patients and their parents to ensure positive, stress-free dental visits.
Requirements
Education & License: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school and an active state dental license.
Passion for Kids: Genuine enjoyment in working with children and fostering a friendly, comforting atmosphere.
Growth Mindset: Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive mentorship (New grads and dentists transitioning to pediatric care are highly encouraged to apply!).
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach.
Team Player: A positive attitude that contributes to a happy, collaborative work environment.
