Full-Time Compensation: $125,000 - $200,000 base salary, or a percentage of collections
Part-Time Compensation: $60 - $85 per hour, or a percentage of collections

We are seeking a talented, bilingual Associate Dentist to join our established practice of over 40 years, located at the Capital Center complex in Hato Rey. You will step into a highly desirable, high-quality patient base built by a recently retired cosmetic dentist. This is a rare opportunity to continue providing premium restorative and cosmetic care to a loyal, well-maintained roster of patients.
We offer scheduling flexibility for the right candidate, with options available for either full-time placement or a part-time commitment of at least 3 days per week.
Our office features 4 operatories and is equipped with advanced dental technology to support minimally invasive dentistry, top-tier patient care, and seamless workflows. This specific role requires a practitioner with a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in advanced restorative work and anterior cosmetic procedures. You will maintain the high standard of care our patients expect while enjoying full clinical autonomy alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive restorative and cosmetic dental care to an established, high-quality patient base.
Design and execute top-tier anterior aesthetic and cosmetic treatments.
Perform advanced restorative procedures, including complex crown/bridge work, veneers, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
Consult with patients on smile makeovers, diagnostic findings, and clear aligner therapies.
Requirements
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active, unrestricted Puerto Rico dental license.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Invisalign Certification (or a strong willingness to become certified immediately).
Demonstrated interest and skill in restorative and anterior aesthetic procedures.
