Our thriving, private practice has an incredible opportunity for an experienced and passionate dentist. Our office is state-of-the-art with an unmatched team of dental professionals who value each other as well as our patients.
About Our Office
We are looking to hire an experienced dentist who can step into this busy role in our established 3-doctor office. You will be supported by our excellent team of hygienists (3 each day) and assistants (include 3 EF2s). Our team in the front office are highly experienced, efficient and kind with a genuine desire to provide the best customer service possible. This dental team is beyond 5 stars!
Our office is a beautiful and comfortable environment to work in. Remodeled with 8 operatories of all A-Dec equipment, CAD-CAM Cerec units, CBCT, iTero scanners and only the best instruments and materials. The match of excellent clinicians and the best equipment and technology allows us to provide the utmost in patient care. The care every patient deserves!
About the Position
We are looking for a dentist with skills that complement our ethos of excellent and comprehensive adult care. We provide:
Full array of restorative work (crown, bridge, fillings etc)
Endodontics (often referring out molars)
Implants - placement and restoration
Invisalign
Oral Surgery (often referring out 3rd molars)
Prosthodontics - partial & full dentures
Experience in these areas is preferred. But enthusiasm to learn new skills is also valued.
*** There is potential for very high compensation! Stepping into an already established practice means you would be earning anywhere from $300K to $400K the first year, with room for growth! ***
We are open 5 days per week and 3 Saturdays per month.
The schedule for the new associate is Monday, Thursday & Friday, 8-10hrs per day. And one Saturday per month, 8am-2pm.
Our office is 50% PPO and 50% Fee for Service.
Our new dentist must:
Have at least 3 years of experience.
Have work authorization.
Be licensed in the State of California.
Have a reasonable commute or be willing to relocate.
Be looking for a long-term position.
Have excellent communication skills.
