Smyl OC is a modern, patient-centered dental practice seeking an Associate Dentist to provide maternity leave coverage beginning in July 2026, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry
Diagnose and treatment plan patient needs
Perform restorative procedures, crown and bridge, extractions, and other general dental services within your comfort level
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate clinical records
Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active California dental license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Invisalign experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience.
